Job Summary: Detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support HR, payroll, and administrative functions for construction and engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle payroll coordination and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
- Maintain vendor and office administration records.
- Support HR reporting and performance documentation.
Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
💼 Experience: 2–4 years in HR/Admin roles (preferably in construction/engineering)
